Raised in Idaho, it’s safe to say Tyler Horn is passionate about the Boise community. That’s why Horn turned to real estate as a career.

Tyler grew up in Idaho, went to Boise State University, and is now raising a family of his own in Idaho. Tyler doesn’t just care about selling and buying homes; he cares about the growth of our Boise community and exceeding buyer/sellers expectations.

“Buying or selling a home can be very stressful. I love that I can assist people through this overwhelming process and help them reach their goals!” said Horn.

While working his way to Partner in May at Amherst Madison Real Estate, Tyler’s drive and passion for building relationships with his clients earned him success. Tyler doesn’t see the point in pushing information onto potential clients; instead, he wants to provide a helping hand whenever possible.

Neighborhood News Feature:

Tyler is passionate about sharing the neighborhood news because it gives community members insight into what is selling in their neighborhood. By simply providing an email address, you are able to access insider information for local homes. Whether you are buying, selling, or simply curious, the feature is an excellent tool for residents.

Tyler emphasizes that there are no strings attached while using this feature. Tyler and Amherst Madison want to be the resource people seek, even if it’s just out of curiosity for the current market.

The Tyler Horn Realtor Experience

Whether Tyler is working with clients to purchase a 1,500 or 5,000 sq. ft. home, Tyler puts all of his energy into the process to give clients a place to call home. Tyler recalls fond memories growing up in Boise, an award-winning city, and desires the same experience for his clients too. One memory Tyler has made in the City of Trees is playing football at Boise State University. Tyler emphasizes his gratitude for the opportunity to play alongside talented teammates and says football taught him, “unity and teamwork,” skills that he continues to apply to his life daily.

“Every one of my clients will get my best. I spend a lot of time educating so that I can give them what they deserve before, during, and long after a transaction is over,” said Horn.

Like many people recognize, finding the perfect realtor is like finding a needle in a haystack. Not impossible, but incredibly hard. When working with Tyler, you’re in thoughtful, experienced, and trustworthy hands- that’s why we’ve given him our Totally Boise stamp of approval!
