With over 93,000 miles of rivers in Idaho and over 2,000 lakes, summertime in our state is the perfect time to get out and explore them. You will also be hard-pressed to find a state that has quite as many Class 5 rapids as Idaho does (outside of Alaska). With all of these fantastic waterways available for everyone, one of the best ways to float, boat, or discover their glory is by watercraft.
When heading out in the summer months to hit the water, we love the affordable and easily accessible rental options from Alpenglow Mountainsport. Celebrating 20 years in business this year, they have been one of the Treasure Valley's best resources for high-quality paddle sports gear. They've got you covered from boats to oars, coolers, and tubes for the Boise River.
