Home to several unique food vendors, beer, and coffee Chow gives people plenty of options. In the center of Chow sits the bar that has 20 rotating beers on tap. If the refreshing beers don’t get you, the food will. With a bar being the hub of Chow, a variety of food court style vendors surround it. Find burgers, southern soul food, street tacos, gelato, and more. The best part? Chow has a commercial kitchen where they love to have popup food vendors dishing up delicious meals and occasional cooking classes.

To the left of Chow, located in the coffee shop, is the CHOW boutique. Grab a latte then shop around for “a latte” cute local goods from local vendors. When Totally Boise stopped by, we snagged some fun stickers and a children’s book, but that doesn’t even begin to cover what they’ve showcased in the boutique. You can also find Idaho shirts, handmade bags, and even local spices.

Lounge Area Perfect For Hanging Out During Any Season

The casual seating may be what is so enticing about hanging out at Chow. Having lounge seating and more tables Chow creates the environment of stay as long as you want.

In the summer: Their roll-up garage door creates an open patio feel. Engage in a friendly or competitive game of Corn Hole (depending on if you have a championship title to defend ) on the patio. It’s the perfect option for when the weather starts to cool down and you want to hang with friends while social distancing.

In the winter: Enjoy the wonderful winter views. We recommend bringing a deck of cards and enjoying warm sips of coffee with your close friends.

Chow is always looking to bring the community together (In a COVID safe way, of course). Hosting indoor and outdoor events, Chow presents local musicians, pop up shops, and food vendors whenever possible.
