The Boise Philharmonic has had many names, iterations, and changes since its founding in 1890, but throughout all the evolutions, it has always been synonymous with breathtaking musical experiences that bring the Treasure Valley community together.
From concerts by its youth orchestra to its Classic Series, educational activities to community initiatives, the Boise Phil welcomes everyone to discover the beauty of exploring Idaho’s great indoors with remarkable live performances. The 2022–2023 season begins October 8th and goes through May, with one show a month and two around the holidays.
Matinees Are Coming to the Phil!
Starting with the 2022–2023 season, the Boise Phil has added Saturday matinees of their Classic Series concerts - starting at 1 pm - in addition to their normal 7:30 pm evening showings. These matinee shows are a chance to get more casual viewing while still getting a dose of musical culture – no monocle or top hat required.
Grabbing Saturday brunch with friends or visiting the farmer’s market? Take in a Saturday matinee concert too! The shows are usually about an hour long and a great way to give your Saturday a fun boost! If you’re a student, take advantage of special pricing: Tickets are half price if purchased in advance and $15 at the door with valid ID.
