When driving north on Highway 55, leaving Boise and heading towards Horseshoe Bend, looking east, you may have noticed the stunning stone building tucked into the Boise foothills. The building has been a longtime landmark to the Treasure Valley and has an equally as known history.
The History of Stone Crossing
Originally built in 1968, it was established as Stone Crossing in 2021 as a new wedding and event center.
At a whopping 11,000 sqft, the entire Stone Crossing campus has a variety of wide open spaces and stunning buildings. The main building, constructed to display their favorite natural element, stone, also contains pieces of marble from the Idaho State Capital. At one point in time, the venue was even an exotic bird facility.
Now, the stunning building and its business host weekly public events, and a variety of weddings, corporate events, celebrations of life, and other personal occasions. The stunning nearly 360° views of the Treasure Valley, and the variety of different spaces on-site across their multiple acres of land and buildings.
