Nothing quenches our thirst like a Mad Swede handcrafted seltzer during the blazing summer months. Coming up on one year in their newest downtown Boise location, the Mad Swede Brew Hall is the perfect place to stop in for a pint. Founded by Jerry and Susie Larson, these proud Bosieans are on a mission to craft the highest quality beers with farm-to-table ingredients. What started as a small college experiment has flourished into a full-scale brewing business. 

Mad Swede is excited to announce this season's specialty made-to-order cocktails, spiked with their signature brewed hard seltzer.   

Summer Craft Seltzers

The craft seltzer at Mad Swede is a 100% unique process. Brewed with pure cane sugar and mixed with handmade juice, syrups, and other fresh gluten-free ingredients, the drink reaches a 5% ABV. Once ordered, the seltzer base is mixed with their delightfully constructed flavor combination right before your eyes. Their menu includes their classic and seasonal flavors, so you can frequently try something new. The full Seltzer menu is available year-round at the downtown Brew Hall, and the Cole location always has a few on tap. 

New Mad Swede Seltzers:

• Freya's Garden: regional cherries, Warn Reserve lavender bitters, and wild-forage lavender.

• Wateryellen' for More!: Organic watermelon juice with a kiss of lemon.

• Pillage Colada: Pina Colada's identical Swedish twin sister.

• Gimme Mo-jito: Fresh local mint and tart lime juice.

Mad Swede Brew Hall is in the Heart of Downtown Boise

Come cool off at Mad Swede Brew Hall. There is ample inside and patio seating, and guests of all ages are welcomed until 8 pm. After which, it transitions to 21+ and over only. Something is happening every night, so be sure to bring your friends and family! 

Catch a Laugh

Partnering with Blue City Comedy, the Brew Hall often hosts local and traveling comedians. In addition, 

Thursdays are open mic night from 8 - 10 pm and every Saturday night you can catch a scheduled comedy show. 

Small Plates 

Mad Swede now offers authentic Swedish Meatballs and New Zealand hand pies at this location only. 

Happy Hour

Monday through Friday, stop by for a discounted happy hour menu from 4 pm - 6 pm.
