Boise Fashion Week 2025: Idaho’s Runway to Creative Excellence

Boise is about to turn heads—again. Boise Fashion Week (BFW) is back and bigger than ever, returning to the iconic Boise Train Depot from June 5–7, 2025, with three days of fashion, community, and unforgettable experiences.

Founded in 2023, BFW is so much more than just a fashion event—it's a nonprofit movement in the Treasure Valley designed to elevate Idaho’s fashion scene and empower local creatives. As a 501(c)(3) organization, BFW puts mission before margin, reinvesting every dollar into developing homegrown talent and expanding opportunities for designers, models, stylists, and fashion lovers of all ages and backgrounds.

To kick things off, Totally Boise is partnering with BFW for a ticket giveaway to this year’s highly anticipated Friday night showcase (June 6) and the exclusive after party at Club Karma on June 7th. What to Expect Each Night at BFW 2025

Thursday, June 5 – Sustainability & Student Designers
BFW opens with a spotlight on the future of fashion. Featuring student designers and sustainability-focused creators, this night is packed with innovation, purpose, and fresh talent.

Friday, June 6 – Ready to Wear
Boise-based and regional brands take the spotlight with wearable collections full of style, personality, and edge. It’s all about accessible fashion and high-energy plucked right off the street and onto the runway.

Saturday, June 7 – Special Occasion & Custom Couture
The grand finale delivers drama and elegance, with jaw-dropping couture and special occasion pieces. And when the runway closes, the party begins—head to Club Karma for the official after party with DJs, drinks, and the entire BFW community from 10 PM to 2 AM.

Bigger, Bolder, and More Connected: What’s New for 2025

If you thought last year’s BFW was impressive, 2025 is on a whole new level. With an expanded schedule, larger crowds, and more vendors and collaborators, this year’s event is set to be a true cultural celebration.

New for 2025:

  • Expanded Runway Themes: Each night offers a unique focus—from sustainability to couture—with curated lineups and fresh talent.
     
  • Larger Venue Activation: The Boise Train Depot will feature even more curated photo ops, vendor booths, and interactive installations.
     
  • After Party Access: The official Saturday night after party at Club Karma is bigger than ever, promising an unforgettable end to the fashion-filled weekend.
     
  • Community Impact Focus: Every ticket and partnership helps fund creative education and workforce development in Idaho.

A Platform for Creatives in Every Corner of the Industry

BFW is one of the few fashion platforms in the Northwest where local creatives can showcase their work at a professionally produced, community-backed event. From university fashion students and up-and-coming stylists to established regional brands and couture designers, BFW opens the runway to everyone.

Through strategic partnerships with the University of IdahoPaul Mitchell Schools, and other local organizations, BFW provides real-world experience for aspiring creatives. Whether it’s styling models backstage, managing event production, or debuting a first collection, the opportunities created here ripple far beyond the catwalk.

This year, more creatives than ever are involved—over 100 participants, including designers, models, makeup artists, photographers, DJs, event staff, and volunteers—all working together to bring this three-day fashion experience to life.

What sets Boise Fashion Week apart? It’s their mission-driven approach to creating real change in Idaho’s creative sector. In collaboration with the University of IdahoPaul Mitchell Schools, and other local institutions, BFW is providing hands-on experience to aspiring professionals through education, workforce development, and live runway shows.

Supported by the City of Boise, this growing cultural staple is working educateempower, and inspire local creatives in our community.
