The SHIFT brand launched its flagship store in Downtown Boise in March 2016 and quickly grew to a second location in Walla Walla, Washington.

"Someone came in looking for a wedding outfit. They found one they loved and were on their way! Soon after, another customer came in looking for a bridal party outfit. The staff quickly concluded that it was the SAME wedding party and were able to assist the second shopper in making sure they did not buy the exact same outfit but one that complimented the other. The customers were grateful that they didn't show up to the party in the same outfit!"
