3. Old Idaho Penitentiary
Dating back to 1872, the Old Idaho Penitentiary is filled with historical and haunting stories. While many Idahoans experience visiting the Old Idaho Penitentiary at least once, they are constantly getting new exhibits and sharing more stories so it might be time for another visit!

4. Boise Murals
Some might say Freak Alley was the origin of Boise murals! Whether or not that is true, since Freak Alley was established, Boise has been consistently popping up with amazing murals around town. Grab a hot cup of coffee and wander around to find your favorite mural in town!

5. The Flicks
You know those movie trailers you always see that say "Now playing in selected theaters?" but can never find where they are playing––good news, you can probably find them at The Flicks! The Flick is known for showing independent, foreign, art films along with the best Hollywood movies. They also offer adult beverages, burgers, salads, espresso, and of course, popcorn and candy can be purchased before you settle into your seat waiting for your show to begin!

A short drive from Boise, Gateway Park is located in Eagle Island State Park and is a must-visit tubular tubing experience for all ages!
