Local Treasure Valley Real Estate Developer, Karl Pedersen, is breaking ground on Idaho’s first Boise Angels Home.
Monday, May 24th, Karl Pedersen and his excavation team are breaking ground on a home dedicated to the local nonprofit, Boise Angels. Located at Legacy Lot 41, 6953 Biathlon St, Eagle ID, at 10:15 AM the team will break ground on the charity project.
“The Boise Angels mission is to walk alongside children in the foster care system, as well as their caretakers, by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building, and mentorship.” - Boise Angels
Pedersen has asked local sub-contractors to participate in this campaign by donating a portion of their invoice to Boise Angels. Vendors involved include:

After attending an informational dinner put together by Boise Angels alongside local Multimedia Company, Totally Boise, the hyperlocal division of webmarkets, Pedersen instantly was drawn to the purpose and efforts put forth by the Boise Angels.

The Boise Angels House has already been sold to a family who is excited to be a part of the legacy.
Pederson is a third-generation home builder and land developer. Once receiving his bachelor’s degree in Business Finance, Karl began to work at Charles Schwab while earning his Accredited Asset Management Specialist Certification. Afterward, Karl left Charles Schwab to pursue a Master of Science in Accounting, which led him to work for two publicly traded companies - Ecotality and US Geothermal. During this time he passed his Certified Public Accountant exams and became certified as a CPA by the Idaho State Board of Accounting in 2014. Currently, Karl is the CEO and Board of Director for the Diversified Opportunity, Inc. as well as the Owner of Southwood Homes, LLC.
