Coffee and Supply Co. have officially opened their doors to the public. The new coffee shop in Eagle offers up local food, beverage and goods with the idea that the more local, the better!

The new coffee shop also sells local baked goods from local vendors and even fresh eggs from their own farmstead, Frontier Feathers Farm. Owner’s Ryan and Mel Hueser focus on making Coffee and Supply Co. a place people want to grab their coffee and connect with family and friends. Although not Boise natives, the Huesers’ have created a home in Eagle where they pride themselves on supporting locals.
Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian options are offered for both coffee and food items. Coffee and Supply Co. source some of their scrumptious food from Boise businesses like Zeppole and Sweet and Savory charcuterie boards. Menu items include breads, cookies, and burritos.
Another way Coffee and Supply Co. has found a way to benefit the community is utilizing their lounge space upstairs as a small storefront for many local artists.
Carrying a variety of items, like jewelry, shirts, hats and household items, Coffee and Supply Co. work with a range of artists. The Salty Blonde Collection, All Rad Days and Red Chair Lavender are just some of the many artists that sell goods upstairs. Mel talks about how many talented artists there are in Boise and how thrilled Coffee and Supply Co. are to be able to highlight artists.
