Boise Christmas Lights Tour

Have you heard about the Boise Christmas light tour? Grab your family, hop in the car, turn on the Christmas music and maybe stop for a hot chocolate before you start your journey on the best Christmas Lights in the Treasure Valley!

Another tip: You can even add new places and interesting Christmas landmarks to the tour.

Click below for a map of Christmas light displays in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, and surrounding Treasure Valley areas.

Map Legend:

  • Green Trees = Light Displays now open to the public
  • Yellow Music Notes (NEW!) = Light Displays with Music
  • Green Picnic Benches = Community displays and trees
  • Purple Hammer = Locations that are opening soon

You can find more information on Facebook: Boise Christmas Lights. You can also ADD to the map display by filling out this Google Form or by emailing boisechristmaslights@gmail.com.

Here's some useful info for submissions:

  • Specific house number/street address
  • Hours of operation (most close at 10PM)
  • Pictures
  • FM Radio frequency, if applicable
  • Are donations accepted?
  • Facebook page links/websites
  • Special parking/driving instructions

Scentsy

The Scentsy Commons, Scentsy Headquarters, is one of the Treasure Valley's most dazzling displays. Complete with a walkable light tunnel and completely free to enjoy, you can get lost in the beauty of the season. Including their several trees, the tallest being 75 feet tall, there are more than 887k lights to be seen!

The lights will be on display from November 12th to January 16th.

Enjoy this fantastic display of synchronized lights from the comfort of your car! Bring the family, some hot chocolate, and tune your radio to their very own Christmas music channel. With over 1.5 million lights, all synchronized to their radio channel, you can immerse yourself in a winter wonderland for close to thirty minutes. Purchase your tickets while spots are available!

The drive-thru lights display is open from November 25th to January 1st.

Idaho Botanical Gardens - Winter Garden aGlow

For over 25 years, the Idaho Botanical Gardens have been creating a stunning lights display throughout their gardens. Now with more than 600k lights, a ticket gains you access to the Holiday Selfie Station, the Treehouse and Express model trains, a peek at Mr. & Mrs. Claus, a chance to pet Rudolph, and so much more!

You can enjoy the display from November 24th to December 31st.

Indian Creek Plaza - Winter Wonderland

In downtown Caldwell, the Indian Creek Plaza has been decked out with over a million lights! The experience is completely free to attend, and you can expect to find Santa, food, ice skating, and plenty of vendors to shop from.

The lights are on display from November 18th to January 9th.
