Inside, they serve up creative coffees and non-caffeinated drinks, locally made bites and a mercantile with products from local artisans. The upstairs space has now transformed into The Sundry, an exclusive boutique carrying top-name clothing and accessories.  

 

This summer, try the Totally Boise featured drink that blends refreshing lemonade, and mellow matcha. In the spirit of the season, more imaginative summer-inspired beverages are now available on the cafe menu.

Summer Drinks + Bites

The menu at Coffee & Supply Co. offers many different items and new seasonal creations that will bring the kid-at-heart out of anyone. They carry gluten-free and vegan options that work for anyone's dietary restrictions.

The Totally Boise 

Wanna Matcha tea with lemonade, simple syrup, and a lemon gummy candy slice over ice. Enjoy this healthy, delicious drink packed with antioxidants. 

 

Campfire cold brew

Cold-brew, whip, graham cracker crumbles, choco drizzle, and topped with torched mallow fluff.

 

el Churro

White mocha with cinnamon, sugar whipped caramel sauce, and churro bites on top. 

 

Blueberry Cobbler 

Brown sugar, vanilla, blueberry, and steamed oat milk. 

 

Payette Peach Palmer 

Iced green tea with lemonade, a punch of peach, and an entire lemonade popsicle to melt-in more flavor. 

 

Churro Affogato 

A scoop of vanilla ice cream, one espresso shot, and finished with churro crumbles.
