The Bogus Basin
We’d say this bowl is all-encompassing. With tuna, salmon and crab as the main show, the toppings are what really bring the flavor. On top you’ll find Avocado, seaweed salad, cucumber, ginger, onions, crispy onions, unagi sauce, spicy aioli, green onions, tobiko, and sesame seeds.
The Fiesta Bowl
If you like spice, this one’s for you! Filled with all things spicy, the Fiesta Bowl’s base includes spicy tuna and crab; added on top is a list of tasty ingredients - spicy piranha sauce, avocado, seaweed salad, ginger, crispy jalapeños, carrots, jalapeños, cilantro, spicy aioli, sesame seeds
The Sun Valley Ski Bum

State Capitol Nachos
Poké nachos? Have you ever heard of those? Paddles Up Poké has created poké nachos served on tortilla chips like a traditional nacho except topped with poké. These are great because they’re customizable; you get to pick your poké! Typically it’s topped with spicy piranha sauce, sour cream, avocado, onions, carrots, jalapeño, spicy aioli, unagi sauce, wasabi cream, cilantro, and sesame seeds. But, one of our favorite things about Paddles Up is that everything is to made your liking - go ahead, customize how you want!
Sushi Burritos
Not a poké bowl but so incredibly delicious that we have to bring your attention to this crowd pleaser. The best part? You can turn any of the poké bowls into a sushi burrito. Sushi burritos are wrapped in seaweed and tucked in is all of your favorite poké ingredients - fish, toppings, and sauces. Take it from us, the Paddles Up makes for one delicious burrito.

For Our Veggie Friends
Paddles Up has worked hard to create an inclusive menu for people of all dietary needs. That being said, all the sauces are gluten-free and any bowl can easily be made gluten-free. If you aren’t a fish person, chicken is available as well as tofu! And if rice doesn’t suit your desires, zoodles and lettuce can be used primarily as an alternative to the base.
