At Totally Boise, we’re passionate about locally sourced products in the Treasure Valley. From the Boise makers to the support system of Idaho produced goods, many of our homegrown businesses have made it a priority to remain loyal to local.
As we’re always actively searching for Treasure Valley makers and shakers, we’ve found two hubs in the Treasure Valley on a mission to support our community of creators, designers, innovators, and disruptors. Coffee and Supply Co., located in Eagle, and CHOW Public Market, located in Boise, have both taken on the challenge of housing locally crafted goods, delectables, and artists’ work.
Eat, Drink & Shop Local at Coffee and Supply Co.
Coming up on their one-year anniversary this August, Coffee and Supply Co. in Eagle offers up delicious food, beverages and goods with the idea that the more locally sourced, the better!
This family-owned coffee shop couldn’t get any better. When you walk in the door, you instantly feel a part of the community. With over 30 Gem State brands, Coffee and Supply Co. works with vendors to showcase products in ‘The General Store’ their artisan shop upstairs and within the products offered downstairs at the coffee bar.
It’s also worth noting that Coffee and Supply Co. not only houses locally-made goods, but also makes their own. To that, they have their own brand of in-house coffee blends “Boondock” and “Blue Note”; both of which are served on drip or available for purchase in 12 oz whole bean bags.
Proud to be Idaho Preferred, you can find these locally made products at Coffee and Supply Co.:
- Zeppole Baking
- Gluten Free Galaxy
- Clover Leaf Creamery
- Kula Connection
- Creekside Mallow Co.
- Hudson Baking Co.
- Dome Coffee
- Wanna Matcha
- Freeze Dried Depot
- Wild Phyllis Bakery

Coffee and Supply Co. is constantly adding and changing its collection of artisanal goods. Stop in to see what’s currently available.
