Your Last-Minute Guide to Holiday Lights in Boise

As 2020 quickly comes to an end (and thank goodness for many of us), there are still many fun activities for families to enjoy, such as Christmas lights! Here are spots in Boise to see some amazing Christmas lights before the holidays end!

Winter Garden aGlow

A Boise favorite! The Winter Garden Aglow has been turned into a magical garden of lights. A great way to enjoy the winter air and explore the Botanical Garden and all of its galore. Kids can send out letters to Santa. Warm drinks and snacks will be offered by local vendors.

COVID-19: In order to ensure the safety and social distancing of guests, tickets must be purchased online in advance. Winter Garden aGlow goes through December 27th.

Christmas in Color

Holiday fun for the whole family without ever having to leave your car! Christmas in Color brings holiday music synced with light arches, reindeer and other exciting fixtures. This COVID-19 safe light show is a great way to spend time with family while staying warm. Grab some hot chocolate from a local coffee shop and snacks to make it the best light show ever!

Armor Light Show

A Boise local has taken it upon themselves to create an amazing light show for the community. Raising money this year for Idaho Food Bank the light show will be open to the public through the New years night! A selfless act, it’s refreshing to see Christmas cheer throughout Boise, especially during the pandemic. It is asked to not block driveways and other vehicles while stopping by for the fun light show.

Time: Sunday-Thursday 5:30 P.M. -10 P.M. & Friday-Saturday 5:30 P.M.- 11 P.M.

Indian Creek Plaza

Indian Creek Plaza is bringing Caldwell its own winter wonderland! Going through January, there will be lights shining through downtown Caldwell. Turning its downtown into a COVID friendly , yet beautiful outdoor festival, there will be plenty of snacks, shopping, and other holiday fun to be had.

Scentsy Commons Lights Walk Through

Back for another year, Scentsy Commons is bringing us over 45 miles of wonderful trees, the walk through light tunnel, and new this year a 65 foot Christmas tree. You can find this dazzling light display daily from sunset to sunrise through New Years Day.

COVID-19: Idahoans are responsible for keeping their neighbors safe with social distancing and required masks.

Aside from spending time with family and friends, light shows are a tradition for many to enjoy during the holiday season.
