For all our cocktail lovers, this one’s for you!

With summer in its midst and the 4th of July quickly approaching, we’ve concocted a list of our favorite summer cocktails that we think you should try.

1. Cucumber Lime Mojito

Mojito season is here! Add some cucumber and you’ve got quite the refreshing cocktail.

1 cup Rum
2 cups Cucumber Mint Lime Juice
Soda water
Fresh lime juice

Instructions: Add the rum, mint, and cucumber to a glass or cocktail shaker. Smash it up with a cocktail muddler. Strain the rum into a new glass, add the cucumber lime juice and some more mint. Fill the glass with ice, top with club soda, and garnish with a few slices of cucumber and a sprig of mint.

Recommended Meat from Albertsons: Sausage. Who doesn’t love sausage fresh off the grill? Make a pitcher of cucumber lime mojitos and grill some sausages, because this is a pair you won’t want to miss.
