We’re sure by now you’ve either seen or heard of the Albertsons store that opened up on Broadway in July of last year. You know, the one that kind of resembles a Whole Foods and has a much more modern look to it?
We’re big fans of that location here at Totally Boise - it offers everything from an ice-cream bar, artisan baked goods, a full-service bar (aptly titled “Broadway On The Rocks”), a wood-fired pizza oven for delicious homemade pizzas and a whole lot more.
But did you know that they have been building an even bigger Albertsons store directly across the street from The Village? Yep. They have been. And it’s massive. It’s an entire third larger in size than the Broadway location. That’s nearly 100,000 square feet! It even has a different name hung on the front of the building; The official name of this location is Albertsons Market Street - Located at 3499 E Fairview Ave, Meridian, ID 83642
And luckily for all of us, they have finally set a date for it’s grand opening celebration - and it’s sooner than you think!
The grand opening celebration will be next Saturday, March 9th!
