List of Local Assistance for Boiseans Affected by Government Shutdow

We have compiled a list of local Boise companies, restaurants and non-profits who are doing what they can to assist government or federal employees who have been caught in the 2019 Government shutdown. Please email us at iloveboise@totallyboise.com if we need to add anything to the list.

Food Pantries:

St. Vincent de Paul

“Government workers, St. Vincent de Paul stands in solidarity with you during these challenging times. If you are struggling to make rent or utilities or need food we can help. Look around our website to learn about our resources and how to reach out for help. The easiest way is by visiting a food pantry or calling our help line. “

Idaho Food Bank

As a result of the government shutdown, many hard-working Idahoans are facing a situation they never imagined. A few weeks ago, they were celebrating the holidays. Today, they are worried about where their next meal will come from.
