Class Types: 

  • Classic: A foundational workout that focuses on posture, form, and intention, perfect for beginners.
  • Power Tower: Utilizes tower springs, a stable mat, and Pilates accessories to enhance flexibility.
  • Stretch and Balance: A 40-minute session combining dynamic and static stretches to improve balance and flexibility.
  • Mixed Equipment: Build strength and balance, challenge your cardio fitness, target your core, and refine posture and precision.
  • Reformer Jump: Boost strength, cardio fitness, and power with the Jumpboard.
  • Reformer Chair: Enhance balance, strength, and core control with targeted training on the Reformer Chair.
  • Reformer: Our signature BODYBAR Method workout to build strength, increase endurance, and burn calories.

Membership Options: 

New clients can enjoy their first class free, giving you a taste of what BODYBAR offers. Choose from the Eagle Cheers Unlimited membership for unlimited classes, or opt for the Eagle Speakeasy, which includes 8 classes per month. If you prefer a more flexible approach, the Eagle Minibar offers 4 classes per month.
