Totally Boise Gold is a creator program for sharing useful local content across the Totally Boise network. Apply to become a Totally Boise Gold Creator with accurate information about yourself, your brand, and the content you want to share. Application does not guarantee acceptance.

Totally Boise reviews applications and may approve, decline, or request more information. Approved creators receive access to the Totally Boise Gold portal after completing the required onboarding and accepting these terms. You must be legally able to accept these terms and authorized to represent any business you submit for. Any participation by a minor requires a separately approved parent or guardian process before access is granted.

Keep your profile accurate and your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share, sell, transfer, or lend your creator access. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Create your content in the Gold portal, add your media and required details, and choose from the publishing channels enabled for your account. Review the preview and submit or schedule using the options available to you.

Totally Boise may review content, request changes, edit for presentation, approve, decline, reschedule, or remove a submission. Direct publishing, when enabled, remains subject to these standards and later moderation. Portal access does not provide administrative access to Totally Boise’s social accounts, newsletter list, or other creators’ accounts.

Each channel has its own availability, editorial requirements, schedule, and format. A submission or approval for one channel does not guarantee placement on another. Featured status, placement duration, and any posting limits depend on your approved account permissions and any separately agreed package.

You remain responsible for accuracy after publication. Promptly update or report cancellations, expired offers, incorrect information, and rights concerns. If a post is declined or removed, correct the issue before resubmitting; do not repeatedly repost rejected material.

You retain ownership of the content you create. Submit only material you own or have permission to use and authorize for distribution, including photos, video, music, logos, quotations, and likenesses. A license for your personal social account may not cover reuse on Totally Boise channels. Obtain any necessary releases, including appropriate parent or guardian permission for identifiable minors.

By submitting content, you grant Totally Boise a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, crop, caption, display, and distribute it across the Totally Boise website, app, social channels, and newsletter, and to promote that content and the Gold program. This permission extends to service providers only as needed to perform those functions. Separate written compensation terms, if any, still apply.

We may display your creator name, handle, and approved brand identity with your content. Attribution format varies by channel. Editing must not materially misrepresent your message or remove a required advertising disclosure. Any use outside the purposes described here requires a separate agreement.

You may request removal through the contact below. We will make reasonable efforts to remove copies under our control and stop new promotional use after processing the request. Already-delivered newsletters, third-party shares, and necessary backups or legal records may remain. The license continues only as needed for those existing copies and records. Nothing here transfers ownership of your content or restricts protected consumer reviews.

You may share your own brand or a brand you are authorized to promote when the content serves the local community and follows these terms. Do not imply that Totally Boise independently tested, recommends, or endorses a business simply because creator content appears on our channels.

Clearly disclose relevant relationships, including payment, free products or services, affiliate commissions, employment, ownership, or other material connections. Put an understandable disclosure with the endorsement where people will notice it, such as “Ad,” “Sponsored,” or “I received this experience for free.” A brand tag or a disclosure hidden behind a link is not enough.

Carry required disclosures into every published format. For video, include them in the video itself; use platform disclosure tools where required in addition to clear wording. Do not fabricate experiences, reviews, results, testimonials, or claims you cannot support. Creator access does not authorize you to sell Totally Boise placements, promise coverage, speak for the company, or use its branding beyond an expressly approved use.

Events: Include the organizer, location, date, time and time zone, admission cost, age requirements, accessibility details where known, and a working registration or information link. Obtain permission to represent the organizer and promptly communicate changes or cancellations.

Deals: State the actual offer, participating business, redemption instructions, start and expiration dates, exclusions, eligibility, quantity limits, and any additional costs. The responsible business must authorize and honor the offer. Do not publish misleading discounts or hide material restrictions.

Giveaways: Identify the sponsor and provide accessible official rules before collecting entries. Rules must address eligibility, entry methods, start and end times, the prize and value, winner selection and notification, fulfillment, and any required disclosures. The responsible sponsor handles the promotion, prize delivery, and applicable legal and platform requirements. Include a free method of entry where required; do not run an unlawful lottery.

A featured listing does not make Totally Boise the organizer, seller, prize sponsor, or guarantor unless a separate written agreement expressly says so. We may request supporting information or decline a promotion that lacks clear rules or required permissions.

Featured locations within Make Your Mark on the Totally Boise app are planned and are not an available posting entitlement under this page. Availability, placement, pricing if applicable, and any additional requirements will be communicated before launch. No launch date is promised here.

When enabled, a creator making a location-based mark must be physically at or very near the location, provide an accurate photo and description, and follow the app’s location-verification process. Do not falsify coordinates, post a visit you did not make, or imply authority to represent a location without permission.

Location pins and associated content may be public. Do not trespass, disclose another person’s private information, or use location content to harass or track anyone. Any required location permissions, privacy notices, and feature-specific acceptance must be completed before using the feature.

Totally Boise may request edits, decline or remove content, limit publishing privileges, suspend access, or end creator participation for violations of these terms, misleading submissions, rights concerns, security issues, or repeated misuse. Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

Moderation considers context, severity, and repeated conduct. A correction or warning may be appropriate, but is not guaranteed. We may also remove or reschedule otherwise compliant content for editorial, operational, or channel-availability reasons. Approval of a previous post does not guarantee approval of a future post.

To ask for reconsideration, contact us with your creator name, a link or submission identifier, and a concise explanation. We will review the information provided. These rules do not prohibit honest lawful consumer reviews, good-faith complaints, reports to authorities, or exercising rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Creator approval alone does not establish a paid subscription, commission, revenue share, employment relationship, or promise of compensation. Any fees, paid placements, creator payments, posting allowances, renewal terms, or refund conditions must be disclosed and separately agreed before the related transaction.

We do not promise a particular audience size, reach, engagement, leads, sales, publication frequency, or placement duration unless a separate written agreement specifically provides it. You may not promise those results on behalf of Totally Boise.

Use the portal only for authorized publishing activities. Do not scrape personal information, access another account, upload malicious files, manipulate engagement, or bypass moderation or security controls. Do not expose confidential, sensitive, or private information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.

Content you publish, creator attribution, and enabled location information may be visible to the public. Review media and captions before submitting. Collect giveaway entries or other personal information only through an authorized process with the appropriate privacy notices and permissions.

The Totally Boise Privacy Policy explains the service’s data practices. Third-party channels also apply their own terms and privacy policies. Acceptance of creator terms does not itself authorize unrelated marketing messages or location tracking.

These terms govern Gold creator participation alongside the Totally Boise Terms of Use. For Gold creator submissions, these specific terms control a direct conflict with the general site terms; a separately signed agreement controls the particular services it expressly covers. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the program develops. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or the contact details on your account before they apply, and renewed acceptance will be requested when appropriate. New charges require a separate agreement.

You may stop submitting or request closure of your creator account by contacting us. Ending participation does not cancel separately agreed obligations or require recall of already-distributed content. The content-permission and removal provisions above explain what happens to existing posts.
