Cormier decided to link with the Weichert REALTORS franchise, becoming their first Idaho real estate agency. Weichert REALTORS believes in thinking locally and quality care when it comes to finding the right realtor for you. Cormier is excited to start adding real estate agents to his team of professionals. Growing up in Boise, Cormier is familiar with several Treasure Valley areas, providing valuable information to clients.

“You are working with people who are making life-changing decisions and you really are guiding them through it to make them feel confident,” said Cormier.
Rural/Large Acreage Lots:
In addition to selling move-in-ready homes, Cormier also has experience in rural/large acreage real estate. According to Boise Regional REALTORS, as of August 2020, their year report showed a 56.8% drop in home inventory in Ada County. As housing inventory in Boise becomes scarcer, people may look to surrounding cities, such as Eagle and Meridian, to build on. Cormier can help with that.
Funky Homes:
Have you ever driven by a house and thought to yourself, “What a funky home. I wonder what it looks like on the inside.” Well, in Cormier’s downtime, he explores funky homes around Idaho. Selling homes to clients is important, but Cormier says it’s much more than that.
“The driving force for me is that you’re just trying to do good work that you love doing with cool people that you love to work with. I try to make people’s lives better by interacting with them,” said Cormier.
