Run for Ronald, a fundraiser to help raise money for the families going through tough times being supported by the Ronald McDonald House of Idaho. Tyler Horn, a local Amherst-Madison Boise realtor, has made it his initiative to take on the Run for Ronald challenge this coming August alone!
The Run for Ronald challenge means Tyler will run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, meaning he’ll run 48 miles in 2 days in order to raise money and awareness of the amazing work the Ronald McDonald House of Idaho provides to the community. Tyler’s goal is to raise $20,000 by the end of his run!
Tyler, a previous Boise State football player, understands the tough workout he has ahead of him, but acknowledges that this run is “nothing in comparison to what these families are going through”. A Boise native, now raising his family here, hopes to continue spreading this mission of love for Boise and provide support to the community in a variety of ways.
Tylers run will begin on August 21st at 6PM and end on August 23rd at 6PM. If you’d like to participate in Tyler’s journey while raising money for the Ronald McDonald House of Idaho, you can donate using this link: Run For Ronald
