Wondering that this new form of workout is? Barre3 Eagle is a group workout filled with elements of Yoga, Pilates, cardio and weight training taught by a motivating & exceptionally qualified instructor.
It’s prime mantra is to encourage whole-body health by focusing on balance both inside and outside of the studio. Balance is central to our overall happiness!
Barre3’s 60 minute workouts are heart pumping without extreme high intensity that can oftentimes be dangerous and highly intimidating.
You will workout with the resistance of your body weight with the option to add various weights as you feel comfortable.
Something we enjoy about every class is the encouragement from the instructors to reject perfection and stop trying to look like your neighbor. Instead, focus on you and do what you feel is best for your body.

Everyone is different here. Different body types, strength levels, ages and stages of life. Somehow, the individualism is more welcoming than other studios we have come across. Perfect for those just starting to workout and those who train seven days a week. Their classes are designed for every skill set and their highly knowledgeable instructors are so encouraging.
- Bring Your Littles.
They have the cutest play lounge ever. And, it doesn’t include a TV but instead adorable toys that spark the imagination and is a sort-of-retreat for the kiddos too! Just be sure to book their stay while you're working out.
