The story of this local bakery traces its roots back to the 1970s when the first Freedom franchise was founded in Dillon, Montana. But Great Harvest is no newbie to the Treasure Valley! They have had a presence in the Boise area for over 40 years! Just 3 years ago, in 2021 Tyler and Mandy Fortunati had a dream to turn their love of baking into more than a hobby, and that’s when they purchased Great Harvest Bakery in Meridian.
