The long-awaited 2020 Olympics are finally here and you can catch the opening ceremonies at JUMP in downtown Boise. Held in Tokyo, the de facto capital of Japan, athletes at the top of their game will compete for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. The games were postponed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, but with some careful planning from Japanese officials, can resume this year.
In a message to foster worldwide connection, the Olympic’s motto this year is Unity by Emotion. The motto is a spark of hope to inspire unity, harmony, and understanding across all peoples with various backgrounds to find what connects us and not what divides us.
JUMP has created a space in their iconic courtyard to bring Tokyo to Boise. Starting at 4 pm on Friday, July 23rd, the community is invited to watch the Tokyo Olympic 2020 Opening Ceremonies. Throughout the night you can catch,
