Sure, it’s 5:00 somewhere, but in Idaho, it's always Hoppy Hour! That’s because Idaho is the nation’s number one producer of barley and the number two producer of hops!

Idaho is one of the only “field-to-bottle” states in the nation, meaning Idaho hops and barley can be taken directly from the field and processed within the state to produce some of the freshest-tasting craft beer around. We’re pretty hoppy about that!

It’s no secret we Boisians love our local breweries, and apparently, so does the rest of the nation! Idaho’s microbrew industry is gaining regional and national recognition for its quality, locally crafted brews. And now, stocking up on our fave Idaho beers is even easier. Use Idaho Preferred’s Farm to Bottle directory to locate all the places you can purchase and enjoy your favorite Idaho craft brews!
