Jack's Urban Meeting Place

JUMP is Boise’s local gathering spot for all things learning, growth, and imagination. This shared space is a non-profit designed by Simplot to honor J.R. (Jack) Simplot, known for his pioneering spirit and the legacy he left in Boise.

The JUMP building is centered in the heart of downtown where a wide range of people can come together to share thoughts, talents, knowledge, recipes, and ideas. Filled with shared studios, rooms and spaces, and even a JUMP park, there something for everyone! The idea behind the building is that shared environments are an opportunity for people to learn and grow together. To JUMP and the Boise community this building symbolizes human potential, creating connections, and inspired growth.

JUMP STUDIOS

There are five studios: Inspire, Make, Move, Play, and Share. Each studio is utilized for a different type of learning experience, all of which are designed for large classes. A variety of classes are held at JUMP, to name a few- work out classes, cooking classes, and personal development classes. People are welcome to sign up online.

The JUMP Building also has a variety of rooms and spaces available for rent! Each space is designed to promote a different way of thinking, connecting, and communicating. All rooms and spaces welcome an environment of inclusivity and open-mindedness.

JUMP EVENTS

The JUMP building is big, innovative and useful to the entire community, but it doesn’t stop there. FUN is a priority to the Simplot company, which is why this meeting place is home to a park that includes an outdoor theater, multiple terraces, rooftop parks, outdoor meeting areas, playrooms, and views overlooking the city. These amenities aren’t even the greatest part, there are two slides, a climbing playground, and a color-light fountain to play around in.
